I did many trips and joined the school band. My biggest advice is if you have a problem, try to talk to a person about it because if you keep it to yourself, it will make you feel sad"

“Teaching in Thailand was definitely an experience that has changed my life. I was in my placement for about a year, a very small town in Northeast Thailand, while there were definitely some struggles (for example that time I didn’t have any access to running water for about two weeks during a drought) I’ve learned so much from them and I wouldn’t have changed anything for the world.”

ด้วยความต่างของวัฒนธรรม ทำให้ช่วงแรกไม่ง่าย แต่สิ่งเหล่านี้เรามองว่ามันเป็นบทเรียนที่ดีมาก เมื่อเจออุปสรรค เราก็ต้องฝึกช่วยเหลือตัวเอง ซึ่งเป็นสิ่งที่ไม่ชอบทำเลย แต่ก็ต้องทำให้มันดีขึ้น เพื่อปรับความเข้าใจ เราได้เห็นมิตรภาพของเพื่อนที่อธิบายวัฒนธรรมให้เราเข้าใจ มันเป็นสิ่งที่พิเศษมากๆ และตอนนี้เราก็ผ่านมันมาได้ เมื่อเรามองย้อนกลับไปคิดทีไร เราก็ภูมิใจกับมันทุกที คือถ้าอยู่ไทยคงหาแบบนี้ไม่ได้ มันเป็นบทเรียนที่คุ้มค่า ถึงแม้อาจไม่ได้เป็นปีที่ดีที่สุด แต่มันเป็นปีที่มีคุณค่าและน่าจดจำที่สุดของเรา

สำหรับคนที่กำลังตัดสินใจว่าจะไปเป็นนักเรียนแลกเปลี่ยนดีมั้ย ผมขอแนะนำว่า เอาเลยครับ ลองไปดู ไปค้นพบตัวเอง ไปเจออะไรใหม่ๆ ที่จะทำให้เราได้เรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ๆ อาจจะลำบากบ้างในช่วงแรกๆ แต่พอผ่านช่วงนั้นได้ ก็มีแต่ มันส์ กับ มันส์แล้วครับ ป.ล. มันได้ภาษาจริงๆ นะ
